Introducing PostAuth

Why are we doing this?

When I built my first SaaS product, getting people to try it was much harder than I expected.

I had spent months building, refining, and shipping. But only a small number of people actually signed up.

That made every signup feel precious.

The problem was that I still did not really know what was happening with them.

Sometimes I did not notice when a new user signed up. I could see an email address, a created date, maybe a last sign-in time. But I couldn’t tell who was serious, who showed interest, or who needed help.

By the time I sent a feedback email, the moment had often passed. The user who had shown interest was already cold. The user who needed help had already left.

That experience stayed with me.

If every early user matters, founders need a better way to understand and care for them.

We wanted to build a solution for this.

What problem are we solving?

User management gets complicated too early.

There are powerful tools for analytics, CRM, email, and automation. But most of them are built around broad data, funnels, and workflows. They often take setup before you can simply understand the people using your product.

PostAuth starts with the user.

We want founders to connect their auth provider and quickly see users grouped by real activity, understand each person in context, and follow up at the right moment with lifecycle email.

The goal is simple: know who your users are, what state they are in, and who needs your attention.

Why is it free?

Because understanding your users should be available from the beginning.

When you only have a few users, each one matters more, not less.

One signup can become your first customer. One reply can change your roadmap. One confused user can show you what your product needs to explain better.

That is why the PostAuth user dashboard is free, forever.

We will charge for email usage and heavier workflows as teams grow. But every founder should be able to see and understand the users who chose their product.
